Theyre a classic bait and switch. They are generally run by religious pro lifers, and are intended to be sort of abortion traps.<br /><br />The idea is that if you have a distraught teenager who finds herself pregnant, and doesn't know what to do, and thinks maybe she should get an abortion, so she pulls out the phone book or what have you and walks into this place. Where in fact abortion is not offered, nor are referrals to abortion clinics, but rather high pressure emotionally charged arguments against abortion.
